On the Job Training (OJT)
As a company, we want to help you reach your full potential. Our On the Job Training Program (OJT) allows you to be in control of your future. Being a part of the OJT program is a big step to making your future bigger, brighter, and better! If you feel you have what it takes to become part of the OJT Program, please contact your immediate supervisor, site superintendent, and general managers. Your attendance, attitude, and willingness to learn will be taken into consideration. Once approved, you’ll be added to our list of candidates. As the need arises for the position you’ve applied for, you will be approached by upper management and they will discuss with you what the next steps will be.
Sometimes, the need for you in your new position will be quick, while other times it may take a while. You’ll need to be patient until your time comes. The OJT Committee meets quarterly, and no candidate is forgotten.
Once you are in your new position, a 90-day introductory period will start, and if all goes well through the 90 days, you will be assigned permanently to the new position and your pay will be evaluated.

Below is information regarding open enrollment for 2018. Please review the schedule to see which day you are assigned to meet with an enroller and at what location. We’ve also added the option to self-enroll. The deadline for self-enroll is March 9, 2018.
