Health Insurance: Jr. Davis Construction pays (for employee coverage only) 50% after 6 months, 75% after 18 months and 100% after 30 months.

After 90 days of employment employees are paid for the following Holidays:
New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holiday, Christmas Day
Vacation: We are closed the week between Christmas and New Years. After 1 year of employment employees are paid for that week.
In addition, after 3 years of employment employees are eligible for 1 week of vacation.
