This new university, previously part of USF, includes a bold design from internationally famed architect Santiago Calatrava. The campus is being constructed in phases with the first phase being the central building near I-4. This 120,000 sq ft building features a spine of tall louvers that move throughout the day to block the direct sun, but allow sunlight into a central skylight. Our portion of this project includes the all utilities, roadways, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, grading, trenching and backfilling, erosion control; and sitework.
